GESI installed the first horizontal remediation wells approved by the Oklahoma Corporation Commission at a site which had been impacted by hydrocarbons. The wells are currently being used for vapor extraction and air injection to cleanup the soils and groundwater. This technology has proven to be very cost effective and reduced cleanup time when compared to conventional vertical well installations. To date, our staff has installed 21 horizontal wells at various locations. We feel this experience coupled with our background in remedial system design and installation gives us an advantage that can prove to be very cost effective for our clients.
